Your Email Address: Your Google account email address is automatically retrieved to identify you as the requester.

Automatically generated information:

Timestamp: The date and time when the ticket was submitted.

Ticket ID: A unique identifier generated for each support ticket.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly through the Add-on’s user interface within Gmail. When you fill out the support ticket form and click “Submit,” the information is securely transmitted to our backend.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected by the “Geosoft Support” Add-on is used solely for the purpose of facilitating and managing your support requests:

To create and track support tickets: Your provided details (title, category, description) along with your email, domain, timestamp, and ticket ID are stored to ensure your request is properly recorded.

To notify our support team: Your ticket details are used to send an email notification to our internal support team (beka.otanadze@geosoft.ge) so they can address your request promptly.

To communicate with you: Your email address allows our support team to respond to your inquiry and provide updates on your ticket status.

For internal record-keeping: The data stored in our Google Sheet helps us manage support operations, analyze common issues, and improve our services.

4. How We Store Your Information

All collected ticket information (Ticket Title, Category, Description, Your Email Address, Your Domain, Timestamp, Ticket ID) is stored securely in a dedicated Google Sheet. This Google Sheet is managed by Geosoft Cloud and is only accessible to authorized personnel for support and operational purposes.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information collected through the Add-on with any third parties, except:

With our internal support team: Your ticket details are shared with authorized Geosoft Cloud support personnel to process and resolve your request.

As required by law: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency request).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
