At Geosoft Cloud, the security of your and your company’s data is our top priority. This document explains what kind of information we collect and how we use it within the framework of our partnership services.
Data Collection and Use
As an authorized partner, Geosoft Cloud collects and processes only the minimum information necessary for service activation, licensing, billing, and technical support. This includes:
- Contact person information (First name, Last name, Phone, Email).
- Company legal details and identification data.
- Service subscription and usage statistics (Usage Data).
Access to User Data
It is important to note that Geosoft Cloud does not have automatic access to your internal data stored in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or AWS (emails, files, databases, documents), except in rare cases where you personally grant us temporary access to resolve a specific technical issue or manage a migration process.
The physical storage and security of your primary data are provided directly by the vendor within their global infrastructure.
